i have clients that get tattos & have severe skin breakouts while they use the products (A&D ointment & Lubriderm) their tatoo artist recommends to them while the skin is healing. i was wondering if i could recommend Schmoove instead of the other 2 products? i must be assured that it will not affect the ink of the tatoo…maybe even enhance the color? ex: i have a female client who is naturally very oily, early twenties, she gets facials from me - she got a tatoo on her upper back - wanted to go to the beach - after a couple weeks & her back was so broke out that she did not feel comfortable going - so she didn’t go. any suggestion would be appreciated. if this is something you think would work, i would like to start targeting the tatoo artists in my area. thanks, marsha mathes

    Hi Marsha,

The short answers is YES! :-)

I always suggest the skin be prepared before any procedure (such as Laser, Facelift, Acupuncture Facelift, Tattooing, etc.)

Step 1. Have the patient/client use Schmoove a minimum of 3 days prior to any treatment. For best results it should be 90 days prior to any treatment. This will allow the skin to transform and also allow the elasticity of the skin to manifest.

Step 2. Once the procedure is done, allow the skin 3 days of healing time without any product. Please remember that if the patient/client has done the 90 day protocol the skin is now “trained to restore itself. So, the skin will not need other products on it for 3 days because it will now have the nutritional ‘energy’ from the Schmoove to restore itself.

Step 3. After the 3 days, use Schmoove again for 30 days and the protocol will be complete.

I personally have not prepared the skin for tattoo work, but with the above instructions the ink should not be affected.

    I hope this helps:-)

I am interested in working with patients that are going through cancer and was wondering if you give me more detail info about how this can help them so that I can go to clinics with pamplets about the healing properties that would help them feel better. Thank you!

Every one of my red-faced hot-skinned clients now have beautiful luminous skin, thanks to Schmoove. This product, applied to just the apples of the cheeks and fanned out to the sides of the face, provides a healthy glow. Besides complexion care, I use this on my boo boos, and experience rapid healing.

    MK recently emailed:

I recently obtained both the gel and cream forms from my esthetician to combat redness. I am a 58 year old with fair, sensitive skin and significant childhood sun damage on the face, making me prone to skin cancers. I have therefore been using skinceuticals serum - C&E Ferulic &/or more recently Phloretin as the 1st layer of daily protection that includes LaRoche Possay Rosiliac moisturizer [anti-redness] and their SPF 50 moisturizer - followed by a Fresh foundation. My question is whether by using schmoove as the 2nd layer [after skinceuticals serum] am I getting the full benefit of it or does it need to be the first layer? Thanks, MK

Thank you for your questions, MK

It is always better to use the lotion or gel as the first layer in order for it to absorb and start the process of providing nutrition for your skin. SchmooveTM is designed to provide the skin nourishment so that it begins the process of transforming the skin back to its original function.

If you would like to think what is first and what is second, then think of SchmooveTM as food for your skin, which is the main meal. Then the other products you may use and get benefit from think of as dessert.

    Enjoy your meal!
